Grooming Towels
Our grooming towels are super absorbent, 100% cotton towels. They are light-weight, plush, full-sized bath towels. They are Dri Soft towels, so they dry ultra fast, reducing time in the dryer, saving both energy and money.
However, these towels can be for kids too! I have done all sorts of designs for kids, dogs, etc. Lots of photos and ideas here.
The custom embroidery can be done in either 3" or 4" in height. To understand the price difference, a 3" embroidery has anywhere from 18,000 to 25,000 stitches, and takes 35 to 50 minutes just in stitch time. A 4" embroidery has anywhere from 30,000 to 45,000 stitches, and can run up to an hour and a half just in stitch time. Those times do not include laying out the design, setup, all thread changes, etc.
So, I just put it in the machine and go play with the dogs, right? I wish! Embroidery has to be watched closely through the entire process! If there is a jam with the machine, a needle breaks, or the thread breaks, you have to be right there to catch it and stop the machine, or the product being embroidered is ruined ... and then my tail is no longer wagging. And everybody in our house likes it when our tails are wagging!
We love dogs, but we also love humans!! These towels can be designed for humans too. Just contact me with what you'd like embroidered on a towel and I will do my best to make it happen.
The photo below shows an example of both 3" and 4" embroidery. The Taz towel is 3" in height, and the others are 4" in height. Whether it is a 3" or 4" design, and depending on how many letters are in the dog's name, the designs run from around 11" to 14" in width.
