Conditions of Use

Pawsome Dogz vests are designed as a fashion statement, with functionality.  However, all dogs are different.  Some dogs will pull much more than others.  Velcro does and will wear over time if not cleaned on a regular basis, and might not be enough restraint for your dog if s/he is a puller.

By purchasing a vest from Pawsome Dogs, you agree that it is at the sole risk of the user.  Pawsome Dogz will not be held liable to any user or any party claiming through any user for any damages, including punitive or exemplary, incidental, indirect or special.  Pawsome Dogz also will not be held liable for any damage your pet might cause to a vest, or misuse of a vest.

Although we use only cast D-rings and industrial strength Velcro, our vests come with no warranty, and it is up to you to ensure your pets safety.
